Key responsibilities:

• Actively work towards your sales target, by ensuring high quality and consistent outbound calls.
• Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.
• Think on your feet to provide solutions to challenges faced by the client.
• You will be conversing in voice, email and chat. Therefore, professionalism is to be maintained through all channels.
• Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections.
• Be comfortable and confident in your approach to clients.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year’s outbound sales experience, on an international campaign
• Should have 1 year experience in sales of Broadband or any other related product.
• Clear criminal record
• Excellent communication both verbal and written.
