Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will proactively connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored subscription solutions that align with their lifestyle. This position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads (100 calls a day), creating and driving own leads and converting them into sales.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable Rentoza subscription solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Rentoza’s product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
• Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections effectively, ensuring a positive interaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights and improve sales strategies.

• Retail or Debt Collection Experience: Previous experience in retail or debt collection is advantageous.
• Drive and Collect Leads: Ability to proactively source and follow up on potential leads.
• Aggressive Sales Approach: A go-getter attitude with a strong focus on closing deals.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to delivering value and building trust with clients.
