POSITION INFO:

The primary function of the Senior Agent: Inside Sales is to proactively engage with potential customers telephonically and promote products and/or services offered by the Company with the aim of generating sales and increasing revenue.

These agents work in a contact centre environment and are responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospects or receiving inbound calls from interested customers.

Requirements:

Matric

Experience:

1 - 2 year outbound contact centre experience
Experience in sales contact centre environment preferable
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with the MS office suite, including MS excel and MS word
Clear communication and articulation
Worked with sales targets
Client engagement
Troubleshooting
Worked with International Clients
24/7 shifts
