Order Processor / Admin

SUMMARY:
Our clients based in Lynwood are looking for an Order Processor to join their team and streamline operations to deliver exceptional service. They are in the manufacturing and distribution industry, and this is based on a temporary basis.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and enter them into the system
• Ensure all products are available for shipment and monitor inventory levels
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

• Grade 12 / Matric - (essential)
• Aged between 26 – 35
• Excel/Word and Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Accounting Software knowledge. Working with Xero will be an advantage
• Must be dynamic and able to work independently and a go getter
• Duties will include working with Couriers / Orders being dispatched etc. will create Weigh bills
• Training will be provided
