SUMMARY:
The Director of an ICT company in Pretoria require an Operations and Personal Assistant. This position would suit you if you enjoy a fast paced environment. Advanced Excel skills required.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Advanced Excel (experience with Power Query, Text Functions, Date & Time Functions, Remove Duplicates, Data Validation V/X-lookup, Subtotal Formula, Pivot tables) – will be assessed during an interview

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and organize the Director’s email, prioritizing key messages and ensuring action items are addressed.
Contribute to the creation and recording of Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes.
Create, update, and interpret reports and dashboards to monitor vital metrics and operational advancements.
Monitor task completion by team members, track deadlines, and deliver regular progress reports.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure action items are completed.
Perform errands, manage various administrative duties, and offer personal assistance to the Director as required.
