Job Opportunity: Operations Manager – Premier Hospitality Group
Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg
Salary: R45,000 – R60,000

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead operations for our 5 upmarket restaurants. If you excel in team leadership, financial management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, join our premier hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, inventory, and vendor relations
Lead and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service
Optimize processes and ensure quality control for seamless operations
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to enhance operational success

Requirements:

BA degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related
Certified in Food Safety and Sanitation
Leadership, Management, and Financial Certifications are advantageous
Experience with inventory and supply chain systems
