A company that is a contracting group of companies specializing in plumbing, drainage, mechanical services, and fire control installations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager to take charge of our operations in the mining area of the Northwest province of Zambia, responsible for overseeing plumbing and mechanical projects. The role involves liaising with the client, identifying work opportunities, scoping the work, managing our teams in day-to-day operations, ensuring quality workmanship etc. Qualifications • Must be a problem-solver with a can-do attitude. • Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams • Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) fields. • Knowledge of industrial size piping and pumps • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service • Excellent project management abilities • Must have certifications in relevant fields • Afrikaans is widely spoken on the mines so the role would suit an Afrikaans speaker.
