SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the planning, organizing, and management of a property portfolio in Polokwane. The role involves managing leasing contracts, third-party services, maintenance, and ensuring buildings and equipment are well-maintained.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage third-party contractors and liaise with tenants.
Oversee OHS compliance, security, cleaning, and maintenance.
Manage operational costs within budget.
Prepare reports on operations and key performance indicators.
Ensure building systems (HVAC, fire systems, lifts, etc.) are maintained.
Lead and train personnel for optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property operations management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Budget management experience.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
