POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience in the Cleaning Industry, of which at least 2 years is in an Operations Management capacity
• Minimum Grade 12 Qualification
• Degree or National Diploma in Operations or Business Management will be advantageous
• Ability to manage Human Resources including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, staff welfare and Health and Safety
• MS Office proficient
• The ability to impact positively on productivity through effective team participation | on-going customer service improvement | sound administration procedures
• Must be able to provide contactable references
• Must be able to provide pay slips on request

• Basic Salary of up to R 27 000, negotiable based on experience
