Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Executive: Operations to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.

Functions:
• To foster the company’s Personally Yours brand promise by ensuring not only the SLA achievements in all operational spaces but the quality of the service.
• Ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing member and provider experiences, and ensuring the scheme’s operations contribute to its overall sustainability and growth.

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Postgraduate general business qualification (NQF level 8)
• 10-12 years experience in a senior operations or administrative role in a Healthcare administration organisation
• 8 years senior management within a Healthcare administration organisation

Remuneration:
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
