• Analyze incident trends and zap those root causes.
• Drive process improvements like an IT pit crew chief.
• Optimize IT operations — plan, tweak, and upgrade for peak performance.
• Communicate changes with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Prep ISO-compliant technical docs that even your gran could follow.
