Operations Administrative Support Officer

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Administrative Support Officer, focusing on student accommodation and supporting various operational functions. This role will require a detail-oriented individual who can effectively liaise with students and service providers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

POSITION INFO:

• Administer and support the student accommodation operations, particularly for new intakes.
• Handle all aspects of administration, including document management, scheduling, and coordination.
• Perform regular building inspections to ensure the accommodation is in top condition.
• Address student queries and provide excellent customer service to enhance their accommodation experience.
• Ensure OHS compliance, following all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for students.
• Administer the portfolio of student accommodation, including lease agreements and tenancy renewals.
• Prepare financial reports related to accommodation operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and liaise with students and service providers, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues promptly.

• Diploma in Property or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
• Experience in student accommodation management is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OHS compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with students and external service providers.
