OPERATIONS ADMIN/CLIENT LIASION
PIETERMARITZBURG - KZN
Oversee daily operations and tend to client correspondence.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5-6 YEARS EXPERIENCE TO FILL THIS SENIOR ROLE.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings and tend to client correspondence
Oversee operational requirements.
Liaise with clients and operations team daily
Maintain and manage client and supplier databases
Draft letters, take minutes and create spreadsheets

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities and time management
A flexible problem solver with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
