Oversee daily operations and tend to client correspondence.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5-6 YEARS EXPERIENCE TO FILL THIS SENIOR ROLE.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and tend to client correspondence
• Oversee operational requirements.
• Liaise with clients and operations team daily
• Maintain and manage client and supplier databases
• Draft letters, take minutes and create spreadsheets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and time management
• A flexible problem solver with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
