SUMMARY:
Operations & Service Consultant (Senior)

We're looking for an IT Service Management Specialist to join our team. You'll manage IT systems, provide customer support, and collaborate with other teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, knowledge of ITIL, and technical skills.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Resolve permission issues and execute standard service requests.
Manage platform-specific operations projects.
Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Contribute to the development of user and operational documentation.
Collaborate with 3rd level support and development teams.

Qualifications

Relevant IT/Business degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations.
Strong understanding of ITIL, problem, incident, and change management.
Technical proficiency in BI tools, databases, and coding languages.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS and Python.
Knowledge of authorization and access control.
Ability to work in a complex, multi-platform environment.
