Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a skilled Operational Risk Specialist / Combined Assurance Specialist to enhance their risk management capabilities.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with 5–8 years of experience in operational risk within financial services, coupled with some exposure to IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust operational risk management frameworks.
- Design and execute combined assurance models to ensure effective governance across all levels.
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the organization, including IT-related risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with risk management strategies and objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control enhancements.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring timely reporting to key stakeholders.

- Education: A relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CIA, or CISA) are advantageous.
