A leading manufacturing and distribution company is looking for a dynamic Operational Manager (Finance) to join their Rental Division. As the Operational Manager (Finance), you will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the Rentals division, including:

• Oversee the national Rentals ERP systems and related controls.
• Manage the national financial analysis function.
• Supervise the national invoicing and credit note processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete billing.
• Handle CAPEX, including monthly reconciliations and disposals.
• Oversee transport administration processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure the integrity of fleet, assets, and stock management.
• Manage and facilitate external audits (Financial, SHEQ ISO, and others).
• Oversee Debtors, Risk lists, insurance claims, and legal matters.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage rental price lists (rental rates and transport), and oversee escalation and reporting functions.
• Drive continuous improvements, including branch visits for internal audits, coaching, mentoring, training, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with reasonable instructions.
