R2.5M+ excluding bonuses/incentives. Annually

SUMMARY:
A dynamic, niche and boutique property development/hospitality business is looking for an Operational FD/CFO to join their growing team.

POSITION INFO:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, finances and executing/driving the strategy of the shareholder’s vision.

Must have strong people skills, excellent business acumen, outstanding work ethic and be able to operate at shareholder/stakeholder level.

Experience & Requirements:

CA(SA).
Minimum 7-10 years post articles commercial exposure.
Property/hospitality experience is advantageous.

Remuneration:

R2.5M+ excluding bonuses/incentives.
