Onsite Training Instructor

SUMMARY:
Onsite Training Instructor in the Guarding  Division based in Pretoria
 
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:  
  

• On-site training of Security officers and supervisors;
• Refresh basic job spec with staff;
• Daily on the job training on issues raised;
• Training on required uniforms and dress code;
• Determine/identify potential promotions,
• Identify weakness of the staff;
• Encourage improved performances;
• Test work abilities;
• Conduct emergency drills; 
• Provide daily feedback to contract Manager;
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on all training;
• Must be available to attend meetings even on rest days and take calls for matters of urgency;
• Assist other department with urgent matters;
• Able to deal with conflict situations;
• Must reside in Pretoria, Silverton area, or willing to relocate (at own cost)

POSITION INFO:
The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills: 
 

• PSIRA certificate - Grade A;
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Bilingual (English and any other South African languages);
• A working knowledge of MS Office;
• The ability to communicate and present at all levels;
• The ability to work under pressure;
• Willing to work long hours;  
• Willing to undergo polygraph test;
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
• Drivers Licence;
