Qualifications and Requirements: 

National Diploma/Undergraduate Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration/Office Management

Experience: At least 5-10 years on-the-job experience in a similar role.

We are extending an opportunity to appoint an Office/Tender Administrator to be responsible for the management and development of their office in Kempton Park, Gauteng.

This opportunity will be of interest to an Office/Tender Administrator who has extensive experience in either Office/Tender Administrator emphasis in the public and private sectors.

He or she will be responsible for performing the duties of an Office/Tender Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure that tender documents are completed accurate.
Maintain accurate records electronic copies of completed documents.
Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms.
Ensure the bid process is followed.
Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time.
Organize and schedule meetings.
Develop/maintain a filing system.
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
