Office Support Manager: CFO - CA(SA)/MBA

SUMMARY:
Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Office Support Manager – CFO on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate, preferably a CA(SA), will provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing daily operations, coordinating Group Finance activities, and ensuring the timely execution of key deliverables. This role involves monitoring performance, identifying business improvement opportunities, and supporting risk management to enhance overall efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: relevant commercial or technical degree
• A Post graduate Qualification in a relevant field CA(SA), BA/MBL
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in the financial discipline
• Management and leadership experience
• Experience in State Owned Entities or development finance entities and understanding of all applicable legislative and governance principles relative to Group Finance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Practical knowledge of SAP

• Understanding of sustainable banking imperatives and environmental, social and governance requirements would be an advantage
• Candidate must have an appreciation of the role
