SUMMARY:
Office Administrator - George, Western Cape

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an organized Office Administrator to join their dynamic team in a retail shop specializing in 3D, home, and office printers, vinyl cutting and sublimation printing machines, based in George, Western Cape.

Basic Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ordering stock
• Keeping track of stock levels in store
• Managing stock take with shop assistants
• Liaising with suppliers
• Controlling pricing & ensuring they are price-competitive
• Constantly keeping up to date with supplier prices and ensuring they have the correct prices in the system
• Assist with product uploads on the system
• Manage company inbox/WhatsApp & reply to customers & suppliers
• Assisting with quotes and invoicing
• Assist on the floor when the shop gets busy

• Experience in Retail and similar role
• Very organized & multitasking abilities
• Punctual and has good time management skills
• Works efficiently & has strong admin skills
• Able to manage shop assistants
• Take initiative
• Able to motivate oneself
• Computer Literate
• Excellent Communication
• Hard worker & willing to go the extra mile
• Willing to constantly learn about new products

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Saturday: 08:30 – 13:00 (1x Saturday off per month)
