SUMMARY:
Have you been a support person to various departments, and immediately available for a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity?

Our client in Midrand requires your confident communication skills to deal with all administration requirements for the branch, liaising between the sales, finance, operations departments and Head Office in Cape Town.

Strong debtor’s experience is essential, with exposure to the Pastel accounting system.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
5 years experience in office administration
Computer Literate – MS Office Advanced Skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organized
An all-round team player willing to assist other departments

DUTIES

Debtors function for the branch (sending statements, credit applications, follow-up on payments, payment allocation, trade references, etc.)
Petty Cash Management
Capturing of Credit Card receipts and reconciliation thereof
Credit Cards for Staff – Making sure all slips reconcile to the Statement.
Assisting with leave and payroll administration
Support with quality management – ISO document registers, administration, and audit support
Assist with customer project billing and administration thereof
General office responsibility as required by management, as well as office functions
Courier bookings
Preparing reports for management
General office duties of ordering consumables
PA Support to Director and Management
