POSITION INFO:
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Certification as an Occupational Hygienist (SAIOH registered or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Occupational Hygiene within the mining industry.
- In-depth knowledge of South African mining Health and Safety regulations.
Desirable Attributes- Familiarity with mine ventilation systems and respiratory protection programs.
- Experience with Occupational Health risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Proficiency in using Occupational Hygiene monitoring equipment and software.
