SUMMARY:
A leading premium FMCG manufacturer is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Nurse in the Western Cape!

POSITION INFO:
Focusing on maintaining and improving the health and well-being of colleagues, you’ll provide immediate care for injuries and illnesses, and promote health and safety initiatives in line with company policies and South African regulations.

Potential candidates should have a nursing diploma or degree, an Occupational Health Nurse qualification recognised by the South African Nursing Council, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the food or manufacturing industry). Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and strong communication skills are essential. Dispensing licence strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities include providing first aid, conducting health assessments, working with HR and safety teams, managing medical records, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and developing wellness programs. You’ll also oversee audits, provide health and safety training, and foster a healthy work environment!
