OPERATIONS MANAGER - AGRICULTURE (LYDENBURG, MPUMALANGA)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects. This role is critical in ensuring production and delivery targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards for finished products.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Relevant qualification in Production or Operational Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the milling industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards within a mill environment.
