OPERATIONAL MANAGER - MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE CASES

PAARL

R 65 000 CTC P/M

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by sourcing new attorney firms specializing in medical negligence cases, analysing prospective cases, onboarding firms, and overseeing case management to drive settlements

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

BCom Law and/or LLB degree obtained from a South African University
Strong understanding and experience of medical negligence law, personal injury law or willingness to learn the nuances of this sector. (10 year+)
Proven experience in operational management, and business development
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Analytical skills to evaluate cases and make data-driven decisions
Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team
Results-oriented highly self-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
Source New Attorney Firms and prospective claims
Analyse Prospective Cases
Onboard New Firms
Drive Case Management to Settlement
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
Management of staff
The position will report to the Sales Director and CEO
Incentive Scheme: Performance-based incentives linked to case settlements
