Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled OD & Talent Manager to join their HR team. This strategic role will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational design, talent management, and performance management strategies that align with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring they remain at the forefront of employee engagement and business excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to align staffing needs with business goals.
- Analyze workforce data to identify skill gaps and drive optimization initiatives.
- Manage job evaluation, job grading, and job description frameworks.
Talent Management & Development:
- Implement a talent management framework that ensures alignment with business objectives.
- Lead annual talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop and implement talent retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain high performers.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to establish career development pathways.
Talent Assessment:
- Design and implement psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, and exit interviews.
- Utilize talent intelligence analytics to derive workforce insights.
- Develop post-assessment action plans to support career development.
Performance Management:
- Lead the implementation of performance management systems aligned with business strategy.
- Ensure continuous feedback mechanisms and performance appraisal processes are in place.
- Utilize data analytics to report on performance trends and make strategic recommendations.
Change Management & Employee Engagement:
- Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement programs, including recognition strategies and surveys.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Registered Industrial Psychologist.
- 5 – 8 years experience in Organizational Design, Talent & Performance Management.
- 3+ years managerial experience leading OD & Talent teams.
