Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the night shift team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate daily workflow, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating maintenance as needed.
Maintain detailed reports on production, incidents, and team performance.
Collaborate with other shift leaders to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
Promote a safe and positive work environment in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety protocols.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work overnight hours consistently.
