What you’ll do:
- Take charge of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive cost optimization and strategic financial planning.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Lead the preparation of management accounts and provide insights to inform critical business decisions.
- Support operational efficiency through financial analysis and reporting.
What you’ll bring:- A CA(SA) qualification with solid post-articles experience in financial accounting or auditing.
- A passion for transitioning into a manufacturing environment—bonus points if you’ve dabbled in the sector before!
- Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., Pastel, Pastel Payroll).
- TAX knowledge (PAYE)
