POSITION INFO:
What you’ll do:

• Take charge of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive cost optimization and strategic financial planning.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Lead the preparation of management accounts and provide insights to inform critical business decisions.
• Support operational efficiency through financial analysis and reporting.

What you’ll bring:

• A CA(SA) qualification with solid post-articles experience in financial accounting or auditing.
• A passion for transitioning into a manufacturing environment—bonus points if you’ve dabbled in the sector before!
• Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., Pastel, Pastel Payroll).
• TAX knowledge (PAYE)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment.
