Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strategic Management: Oversee all aspects of the New Vehicle Sales Department to ensure the achievement of customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty, and sales and profit goals.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost passenger vehicle sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Profitability: Manage the department profitably, ensuring a high level of productivity in the Passenger Vehicle Sales department.
- Customer Satisfaction: Establish and maintain excellent customer service levels to ensure a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and foster customer enthusiasm.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve their highest potential.
Requirements:- Possess a relevant marketing qualification with at least 3 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrate strong management and self-driven abilities coupled with a high level of integrity.
- Proficient in applying policies & procedures, business operations, marketing, computer knowledge, financial analysis, and customer handling.
