New Vehicle Sales Manager - Pretoria, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a Vehicle Sales Manager for their dealership for an upcoming brand in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the used and second-tier market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and professional development.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of quality vehicles to meet market demand.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
