National Sales Manager (Western Cape)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the agricultural Industry based in Wellington is currently looking to employ a National Sales Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary degree advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ Sales experience in a similar role.
• Agricultural equipment sales experience essential.
• Ability to travel nationally 1-2 weeks per month.
• Experience in people management.
• Excellent Sales techniques and communication skills.
• Excellent networking abilities.
• Travel Requirement: National Traveling, 1-2 weeks per month.
• Company vehicle provided for work related travel.

• Manage, lead and support a team of four regional managers.
• Drive and achieve individual sales targets and support team sales targets.
• New Business Development, growing client base and onboarding new clients.
• Managing current customer base.
• Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through network opportunities.
• Monitor revenue streams, prepare forecasts, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
• Evaluate and support marketing and branding strategies and campaigns.
• Providing sales reports as and when needed.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve market share through improvements to service delivery and support.
