SUMMARY:
An incredible fast-growing company with major FMCG brands in its portfolio, is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to develop and drive business strategy and increase revenue for their expanding team in the Western Cape!

POSITION INFO:
Ideal candidates with have:

A sales-related or similar qualification is preferred
Proven experience in FMCG sales and a track record of achievements (essential)
Exceptional management and leadership skills and experience in a similar sales leadership role
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
Solid relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
