SUMMARY:
A prominent leader in the freight and logistics industry is seeking a National Sales Director to join their dynamic team.

With a solid track record of consistent growth and stability, our client operates on a global scale, delivering world-class logistics solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market share within the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
Provide strategic direction by analyzing market trends and identifying new sectors for revenue growth.
Lead and oversee the national sales team, ensuring successful implementation of new policies.
Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met.

Reporting Structure:
This senior position reports directly to the CEO, with the expectation to influence company strategy and operations.

Education:

A degree in Sales, Business, or a related field is required.

Experience & Skills:

Candidate must be currently in a director level or similar.
Minimum of 10 years in business development.
At least 5 years in a senior sales management position
Exposure to the freight and logistics industry is essential.
