SUMMARY:
MASA Outsourcing is a leading temporary outsourcing and permanent recruitment powerhouse with over 40 years of experience and we are seeking a National Recruitment Team Leader. This role will oversee recruitment operations across the MASA/Greys organisation, managing a high-performing team of permanent recruiters under Greys Recruitment.

The team is responsible for generating leads and business growth, meeting KPIs and client retention and exceeding client expectations. Strong leadership, strategic recruitment expertise, and experience in leading sales-focused recruitment teams are essential for success in this role.

POSITION INFO:
Location: This role can be based at any of our branches in Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town or Port Elizabeth.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
4+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading a sales team or a recruitment team focused on business development including telesales
Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems).
Temporary Employment Service experience is beneficial.
POPIA compliance knowledge is advantageous.
HR and IR knowledge is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Leading the recruitment team to achieve performance and sales targets.
Setting and managing KPIs, with regular performance reviews.
Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and collaborating with department heads.
Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
