National Quality Assurance Manager

SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exists for a Quality Assurance Manager in the Guarding Division based in Centurion.

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:

• Responsible for managing quality on operational execution levels
• Managing quality functions in the Division ranging on Site and Branch levels
• Inspections, audit and corrective of Guarding Operations
• Overseeing and participating in critical controls such as wages, fuel expenses, uniforms and
• automation
• Responsible for new operational startup quality control
• Managing Special QA projects as and when identified

• Grade A
• At least 10 years of area manager and branch management experience
• Security Diploma and Middle Management Development Program preferable
• Based in Pretoria
• Must be renowned for Making a Difference in Operational Execution
• Have a thorough knowledge of Guarding, Technology and Specialised Operations
• Understand and have personally practiced the fundamentals of guarding operations
• Experience in security audit and inspection duties
• Ability to formulate and evaluate SOPs
• Trained and experienced in the ISO Quality Management System
• Safety practices inclined and practiced safety leadership in security operations
• Exposure to Operational Designs, thereby creating change to nonfunctional operational execution
• Must have an understanding of wage cost, fuel, and unform controls
