SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exists for a National General Manager in the Guarding Division, based in Centurion.

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for managing Key and Strategic Accounts, ensuring quality, maintaining client relations, and ensuring solutions development
Managing Quality functions in the Division ranging from ISO, internal audits, firearms, OHS, POPIA, K9 and Risk
Developing and managing Fleet Control Room Functions
Overseeing Logistics and Fleet Management in the Division
Responsible for Management Development and Succession Planning
Managing special Projects as and when identified

The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills:

Grade A
At least 3 years branch or regional management experience
Security Diploma and/or Middle Management Development Program preferable
Based in Pretoria
Senior Security Manager or equivalent exposure for at least two years or similar roles;
Good interpersonal skills
