POSITION INFO:
Your Role:

• Innovate and develop new food products that are safe, compliant, and irresistible.
• Modify existing recipes, improve processes, and explore alternative raw materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct sensory testing, recipe benchmarking, and create product specifications.
• Collaborate on product labelling and ingredient declarations to meet legal requirements.

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Qualification in Food Technology or similar
• Experience in New Product Development within a food manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety
• Own transport and bilingual proficiency
