SUMMARY:
NGO - OPERATIONS MANAGER
KZN MIDLANDS
The Manager will be responsible for the following aspects of operations within the NGO Structure.

Manage, and be involved in, strategic planning and execution.
Provide leadership and management to all teams at Centre by working with the Heads of Department(HoDs).
Smooth running of the Centre and integration of the teams.
Ensure all impact data is collected and reported on monthly.
Provide the Board with quarterly reports.
Ensure all Human Resource’s information is in order and updated.
Assist with budgeting, financial reporting and fiscal administration.

Looking for a seasoned operations/general manager who has a high degree of emotional intelligence
as well as operational knowledge of the NGO environment.

POSITION INFO:
Proven track record with traceable references
Police Clearance Certificate obligatory
