• 0-2+ Years' post article experience 
• LLB Degree
• Must be an admitted conveyancer or soon to be admitted
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (including NDAs, term sheets, sale agreements, shareholders' agreements and MOIs) and commercial property transactions
• Conducting and managing due diligence investigations
• Coordinating and managing the closing process of  transactions
• Strong communication skills
• Strong commercial drafting skills
• Attention to detail
• Good commercial sense and interpersonal skills
• Must be well-organised and conscientious
• Maintain confidentiality
• Reliability and self-motivation is important
• Take initiative and be diligent
