Job Description
Leading Property and Facilities Management company is seeking a well qualified Chief Financial Officer. You must have experience at executive level within the Property Management industry and be able to motivate and lead a large finance team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Board and other Executives to execute on the Shareholder’s Objectives
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Undertake financial planning and analysis to drive growth and maintain financial health
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
- Identify and manage risks to achievement of company objectives
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of applicable legislation and accounting requirements that impact company business
- Ensure that financial systems, records and internal controls are in place to produce accurate and reliable financial reports
- Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports
Qualifications
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry
- Working knowledge of IFRS and Caseware
- MDA or MRI System knowledge
