POSITION INFO:

Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Company

Ensure accurate information gathering for monthly management and financial reports.
Review of all contracts, generate invoices and present customer monthly reports.
Implement and manage administrative and accounting systems and procedures.
Monitor compliance of department and company procedures.
Implementing improvement and corrective action to meet or exceed all KPI’s.
Develop a training program to ensure staff are competent to perform their duties.
Preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts.
Ensure quotations and bids are effectively reviewed, relative to price, terms and risk.
Ensure that the highest standards of Corporate Governance are adhered to.
