SUMMARY:

Music Sales Support Intern - JHB North, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a Music Intern to provide comprehensive administrative support.

The successful candidate will assist with various office tasks, sales order processing, and customer inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Secretarial Duties:

Maintain and update various administrative records.

2. Office Management:

Manage the purchasing and distribution of office consumables and liaise with service providers.
Arrange and book internal travel as needed.
Handle dealer inquiries via telephone.

3. Sales and Stock Control:

Process sales orders using Syspro.
Manage consignment and stock lists.
Arrange for the collection of orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:

Grade 12 qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft certifications and basic computer skills (preferred).

Technical Skills:

Experience with Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Office 365.

Soft Skills:

Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Motivated and positive attitude.
