Are you detail-oriented and passionate about efficient claims processing? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join us in Gauteng as part of our Claims Team. As a Claims Processor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims within established guidelines and turnaround times. Reporting to the Gauteng Claims Team Leader, you'll handle various responsibilities including claims processing, administration, and maintaining excellent broker/client relations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Process new claims promptly and accurately.
Respond to queries and requests within specified timelines.
Coordinate with approved service providers.
Maintain necessary reserves and ensure policy compliance.
Monitor and process claims adjustments and top-up requests.
Identify and escalate unusual trends.
Ensure comprehensive understanding of our product offerings for precise claims handling.

Job Profile:

Ensure data accuracy and document management.
Handle queries related to claims processing and payments.
Coordinate payments and reconcile claims at month-end.
Communicate effectively with service providers and brokers.
Proactively manage outstanding claims and resolve issues promptly.
Address and resolve claim complaints within agreed timelines.

Client Relations:

Foster professional relationships with service providers and brokers.
Manage broker expectations and ensure excellent customer service.
Uphold Commercial's Standards of Service Excellence.

General Responsibilities:

Participate in projects as needed.
Stay updated on industry developments.
Maintain current knowledge of Insurance Personal & Commercial products.
Flexibility to undertake additional duties as required by operational needs.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. EDUCATION:
- Matric.
- RE FAIS certification.
2. EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years Commercial insurance & Personal lines insurance
- Claims industry experience.
3. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- Commercial Lines product knowledge.
- Commercial Lines product knowledge.
- Full Claims processing knowledge.
- Office 360 proficiency.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making
capability.
- Attention to detail, analytical and adaptable
to change.

- Ability to multi-task and work well under
