POSITION INFO:

Call the shots: Spearhead killer mobile and web apps for top-tier players, driving the vision from concept to rollout
Crack the tough nuts: Level up product quality with containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps tricks, keeping the SDLC humming your way
Own the product: Shape something big in fintech, digging into every stage – design, build, ship – with a team that’s hungry to win
Lead with edge: Mentor a high-octane squad, push best practices, and spark ideas that keep you ahead of the curve

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6+ years in the software trenches – you’ve led, you’ve shipped, you’ve crushed it
Proven chops rallying teams to drop jaw-dropping products that stick
Rock-solid engineering know-how: clean code, agile vibes, and a toolkit spanning Kotlin, Java, Swift, Flutter, React Native, and beyond
Top-notch comms, collab skills, and the grit to face clients and win them over

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Flexibility to adapt to various tools and hybrid work environments
