POSITION INFO:

Architect and lead the development of cutting-edge mobile and web apps for top-tier fintech clients
Optimize performance with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps wizardry
Own the entire SDLC, from concept to launch, ensuring world-class quality
Mentor and inspire a squad of engineers, driving clean code, best practices, and Agile principles
Collaborate with stakeholders to design user-first solutions that make a real impact
Stay plugged into the latest tech trends, experimenting with new tools to stay ahead of the curve

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6+ years in software engineering within an enterprise-grade environment
A natural leader, capable of steering teams toward game-changing solutions
Mastery of software fundamentals, clean code, and Agile development
Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Swift, Flutter, React Native, and whatever else fuels innovation
Strong communication and collaboration skills—because even in the Matrix, teamwork matters

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
Flexibility to adapt to various tools and hybrid work environments
