Lead the development of world-class mobile and web applications in the fintech space. Collaborate with top-tier professionals to solve complex challenges. Foster innovation, mentorship, and impactful customer solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Drive the delivery of cutting-edge mobile and web applications for leading organisations
Enhance product quality using containerisation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Engage in all stages of the SDLC, from design to deployment
Mentor and lead a high-performing team while championing best practices
Build strong client relationships and deliver user-focused solutions
Stay at the forefront of technology by researching and implementing innovations

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering within an enterprise environment
Proven leadership in guiding teams to deliver exceptional products
Expertise in software engineering fundamentals, clean code, and agile practices
Versatility in technologies like Kotlin, Java, Swift, Flutter, React Native, and more
Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-facing abilities

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Flexibility to adapt to various tools and hybrid work environments.
