POSITION INFO:

Our client within the Engineering industry is seeking the expertise of a Mill Operations Manager to join their team based in JHB East with travel to various sites. This will be a permanent opportunity.

The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include

Manage and develop mill services station
Maintenance of mill contracts and also involved in new milling plant contracts identifying in new offers, formulate value and custom solutions to clients
Operational Management of current mills
Contract review preparations
Milling plant best practices development
Technical manual development and standard packages for repairs and service

Qualification

Mechanical Engineering Degree
Project Management Certification

Experience

5+ years’ experience in Mill Operations on Managerial level
Experience with mill plant maintenance
Knowledge of ball and tube mills
Experienced at technical solution finding
Must have a strong Commercial acumen
