You will work closely with the Team Lead and Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and verify customer details using our systems.
• Prepare Excel reports on customer data.
• Support campaigns and assist with customer queries.
• Handle billing info, usage reports, and contract confirmations.
• Assist with cancellations and liaise with different departments.
• Contribute to improving our processes and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in customer support or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and customer management systems (OMS/CMSS).
